Ubuntu 16.04 Vs Ubuntu Budgie 16.04

As of checked online the Ubuntu budgie interface is somewhat good to use.What is the main difference between the Ubuntu OS and Budgie OS.Any technical difference in it.Whether Xfce is possible in the Ubuntu Budgie OS ??

If you want XFCE, you should download Xubuntu. It won't look as nice as the prepackaged edition (IMO XFCE never looks "nice") if you try to do add XFCE yourself. This is true for most DEs except for window managers like i3.

Budgie is a desktop. XFCE is a desktop. Don't install Budgie to get XFCE. That's so weird.
