Dealing with a website that was deployed on CentOS 7 and compatibility issues. Good thing it's not "live" yet so I might just force it to be re-deployed on a current OS, like CentOS 8 or Fedora Server.

So our Vendor just told me to "map a drive here: Q: Quikbooks"

You cant map something that isn't there!
I put Drive: Q Folder: QuickBooks and even tried the default that was already there \\owner-pc\qb import
When I Told them that it wasn't working I'm the one whos wrong.

I'm already over today and half way over tomorrow...

Even looked in the file explorer for these folders; "well it worked before the firewall was installed"

What firewall did you install (Software/hardware)? is it between the quickbooks PC and the endpoint they want the mapping on?

I'm trying to Map this drive so something else starts working .

Is NCR where you work? or some other company?

the company I'm at is a Reseller for NCR.

So that means it's your Firewall more than it's my problem..

What firewall did you install (Software/hardware)? is it between the quickbooks PC and the endpoint they want the mapping on?

The firewall Hardware that was installed was : Watch Guard through NCR's Security Team.

OK - well, if NCR is the one who installed the firewall - why are you being asked to fix this QB problem? shouldn't that be on NCR if it broke only after they installed it?
