Reading about ketogenic diets, but wondering if eating a diet with large fat contents is worth it.
The human body is made to eat all sorts of things... so I try to feed it all sorts of things... rabbit food, junk food, sweet food, salty food, food with lots of fat, and food with little fat... Say, look a that! This one wears a yellow hat!
Yes! but don't eat the hat, that's asking for a foreign body surgery.
If you eat it and it works its way through, it becomes an a$$hat.

It's the stuff of "I Can't Even," some mine, some inherited, but at the very least (thanks to ML) I've learned a ton.
