            Trying to Size a UPS.

            Requirement is to power a PC, LCD 22" Monitor, 16port 10/100/1000 switch for 20-30mins

                                          I go 3 or 4 times a week before work... at the gym from 5:30am to 6:30am, roughly. I think that's the best time to do it. I never would have started going at those time if it wasn't because it was either then, or not at all... but now if I could go back and choose when to go, it would be at that time. It's great to start your day that way, even if it's harder to wake up.

                                            Try like just 5 minutes of a jog on the elliptical trainer or treadmill, after your workout. Then over the weeks/months, slowly increase it by a minute at a time, but no more than 15 minutes.
