Found out that I will be paying 100$/month for phone and 3/1 Mbps internet connection. I am unable to drop the phone line to make it cheaper... The costs of living rural.
That is beyond ridiculous. Not worth it at all.
No other options where we're at. Although according to the FCC this is a competitive market.
Because there's one ISP in the area and one a mile or twenty away.
The other provider is ~10 miles away.
