We drive it. It's not so bad.
Well, for a family of 4, with no schedule except the one you set for yourself - it's pretty cheap/doable. Normal working types can't afford that type of time.

Brushfires all over n GA, TN, and n Carolina. I was up in the mountains last weekend, it was really bad. Like zero visibility.
