What Are You Doing Right Now

Took the day off tomorrow, going steelhead fishing - one of the natural wonders of this island. They are similar to your regular Rainbow trout, but they venture off into the ocean to feed for most of the year and return up the rivers to spawn. Uniquely they can spawn multiple times, meaning that they grow... and grow...
I've decided to attempt it this year with a fly rod, which is the most difficult method. I anticipate getting cold, wet, excited, exhausted and coming home empty handed haha. Even if you are lucky enough to catch one, you may only keep ones from the hatchery, and they are the distinct minority.

I'm thinking about lunch... a salad from dibella's sounds pretty good today.

Geeze. Just got off the phone with the hospital billing department. They couldn't connect to our VPN all of a sudden. Here one of the tech geniuses at the hospital went around and changed everyone's VPN to automatic and added CHAP v1 for some reason.

Well they go around randomly changing people's bills for things that never happened, why not change IT security stuff too?

Ha. What could possibly be the reason for doing that? I'm pretty sure that if you enable CHAP v1, it gives you a prompt which asks you if you really want to do it. I forget exactly what it says.

Ya and somehow it's my job to deal with the hospital computers. I provided a VPN for them, I don't know anything about their stuff, but the "IT" guy pawned it off on me after he borked it.
