Problem is, he's not giving good reasons for moving on and keeps making crap up. There is a way for him to handle it well, but he isn't doing that. He's basically refusing to listen to reason, refusing to explain to management why what they are doing is bad and/or won't even work and he's instead attacking the people trying most to help him. Basically he's being lazy and foolish. He might have reasons for not telling management the truth, but he's not sharing those or even suggesting that they exist. Instead he makes up reasons like "he's only supposed to fix the one device" which he can't do, so that reason isn't valid. Then he makes up a different, conflicting reason, in another post.

I agree, there are times to accept that we can't always do the best thing. But this is a case of someone demanding bad advice and just refusing to accept good advice when it is give. It isn't a case where, from anything we can see in the thread, he is limited to only do the wrong thing. He's just being foolish all around (both in his tech and how he presents it to us.)

And there is no good advice to give. He's already stated that what he wants to do doesn't work. So the one thing he demands he's already ruled out!

I can attest to what Danielle is saying. I bought my O365 account through NTG and they have helped me with the few issues I've run into along the way. 5 mins here, 10 there no big deal!

Office 365 Drive Mapping for Enterprise Desktops

Office 365 Drive Mapping for Enterprise Desktops allows users to utilize folder redirection for SharePoint Online, and it is especially helpful for Windows 7 desktops or higher with no local storage being used in the process. With this tool, you can map drives directly to your Office 365 storage options, such as OneDrive for Business, which is based in SharePoint Online.

Oooh, this one is pretty cool. I will have to play with it in the future.

@thecreativeone91 I thought that the HTML5 spec was going to have specific file and codec types specified. Was that dropped?

No. it just provides a way to present the video. It's up to the browser to support the codec. H.264 is the most common, but even then there are differnt types as it's a GOP codec there's I frames and P frames. where I frames are key frames and P frames are rendered by the computer as inbetween frames at the time of playback using a lot more cpu. All I frames take less cpu usage but are much bigger in size.

That is odd, to be sure. That really makes Access so much less useful. Which is saying something because it was never very useful.

How many times can we stress this. Gods, Access needs to die in nuclear fire.

I'm not surprised by this. MS didn't want to be completely silent, but at the same time they don't want to release a new Flagship without Windows 10.

Yeah, those annoying slideshows are big cash grabs. Ten page visits for a tiny article with no content. They cost nothing to make and earn big bucks in ad revenue.

Windows 8 suffered from the "we know what's best for you and we don't care what you want" mentality, otherwise known as hubris. With Windows 10, I feel like MS listened to customer demands - for example, bringing back the start menu button, and shrinking the Windows 8 start screen down to a less annoying, and user-friendly size, cause let's face it, everything popping up full screen is frustrating, especially when it's not what you're used to - and delivered, at least in the tech preview, a snappy, intuitive, just plain nice to use OS.
