@Dominica My wife stumbled on a recipe on how to make the really thick chocolate chip cookies, like the ones they sell at Panera Bread, but better. A lot of things turn out better when Honey is added believe it or not.

They taste as sweet to me, with a hint of honey, but I feel like they smell more like honey than you taste the honey. Scott is going to have to eat one and let me know what he thinks, although these are not wheat free.

and the texture is soft, not crispy, so depends on how you like your cookies. I like them soft.

@Bill-Kindle Occasionally I bake cookies and other goodies to share at my Spice Corps meetings. There's nobody at home to eat them otherwise.

@minion-queen I ran out of almond flour, so I didn't look for a GF recipe, but I'm sure there's one out there.

@Minion-Queen lol, as soon as I replenish the almond flour supply I will do so.

I use a mix of almond and rice for most everything but I think once it is gone I will go to a mix of Almond and coconut.
