Getting Your Avatar Working

Here at MangoLassi, we use Gravatar to handle our avatars. We use this because it acts as a high performance CDN (Content Delivery Network) for us and make the site perform better. Avatars are very important because they make threads easier to follow, help users to remember each other, increase memory and recognition and just make the site look better
If you do not have a Gravatar account set up, doing so is free. Just visit Gravatar (a part of the WordPress family.) Everything is free and very easy. Gravatar will require you to verify your email address(es). You can use one account to manage all of your email addresses, same pics or different pics.
Then you just upload your image and assign it to the email addresses that you want. Once you do that, your picture will show up automatically here right here in the community with no additional effort - based on the email address assigned to your account here in MangoLassi. Gravatar makes managing your avatars across many communities super easy.

How long does it generally take to update? I created my Gravatar account about 3 hours ago.

I think that you have a problem that you uploaded an avatar to one system before we could block that. Not sure how to get NodeBB to release the avatar that it has to move to a Gravatar after the fact.

Your Gravatar on the other NodeBB site that you use is not working either. Maybe your Gravatar setup is not correct?

No it is not. Which leads me to believe that something isn't right.
However I did the check, and it appears correctly. so I am unsure where the 'break' is. -

Okay - ML correct now. I still how the 'change photo' option in my ML Settings. Selecting it and then clicking on the Gravatar option updated it.
