If I am taking the train, I'm riding from downtown Utica to downtown Rochester.

I've not been so unlikely.
Rather hit the NY one as it would put me in house with some of my co-workers... Mainly my thought. -
Ours rarely has them, and they are on Virginia Tech campus, and seem to only happen during the busy times on campus (the school year) and at that they are always at 1:00-2:00pm so there's really no way anyone but students can go. Besides the fact I don't care to deal with parking there.

SpiceCorps are generally at a very bad time for most everyone. During work or right after makes it hard for lots of people to deal with getting there. So I am trying a Saturday. So far I am getting a much better response than I normally get (which is 2 people at most).

Oh I usually invite around 80 people. Usually get 2. I have had as much as 30 though for special events.
