Scored another cake. This time a slice/square of... well I'm not 100% sure of what kind of cake it is.

It looks like banana was supposed to be a main ingredient and topped with some kind of brownish, chocolate esque icing...
Not tasting any banana but I can see evidence of it in the cake. It's pretty bland actually. A large smearing of butter may have helped if the wasn't crumbly.
Icing was a poor effort.
Half way through it and not liking it but I'll finish it any way

I think a 1/5 is fitting.
The last half was better as I'd already eaten all the icing.

Trying to get the kids ready to get into the car and get on the road. They are leaving many hours ahead of me to get down to Tarifa and get the hotel before they don't do checkin anymore.

Got back from lunch. Fish filet, clam strips and New England clam chowder today. Only good thing to ever come out of New England...

Just relieved to finally be out of the house. It was a great house but the way life played out, it was unable to grow with us.
