            A manufacturing company that has a place here and in Indiana. A metal recycling and fabrication company. Systems engineer job. as much as I don't see why they call an admin an engineer.

                          Trying to determine the proper wording to inform a client that a laptop is DOA and not repairable.

                            @g.jacobse It's always repairable... it is just a matter of do they really want to pay to repair that one or fork out $$ to buy a new one, lol.

                                You could say "I'm sorry, this laptop is dead and cannot be repaired."

                                    Phone interview when really well. That said I match with the culture well. They are getting an in person interview together with the executive management team in VA which is suppose to be about 4hrs long on Monday or Tuesday. And then the following week either have me come to Indiana or the Indiana management team come here.

                                          Client VPN connection is acting oddly. Works great for files but Outlook keeps asking for credentials. Seems to be happening on most VPN clients.
