CloudatCost and Pertino
-
I'm having an issue where I just noticed that Pertino is offline on every single one of my CloudatCost servers. I have two Ubuntu Server boxes and one Windows Server 2008 R2 box on CloudatCost but Pertino just seems to have gone offline on all of them. I'm SSH'ed into one of my Linux servers and the Pertino interface doesn't even exist anymore!
Any ideas? I find it weird that multiple OSes just all suddenly had Pertino drop like that...

are you able to access things over the wan? Is DNS working? Have you looked at the logs? Have you asked CloudatCost if they are blocking it.

I've tried SSHing to one of the servers by public IP and nothing. Just tried RDPing to my Windows box and nothing. I'm wondering if the network adapters are screwed up. DNS appears to be working because I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Pertino client on thanksaj-server-cac and it pulled the install. Not sure what logs I'd start with. As far as I can tell, there is some major issue going on with CloudatCost...

Opened a ticket with CloudatCost. Ticket 62820128

Mines working fine. I'd say it's somewhere in the config there's an issue.

Nothing changed. I haven't touched my servers in days. Everything being done is being done by cron jobs. Also, the fact that this is a cross-platform issue indicates to me it's nothing I did.

Any chance you forgot to pay the bill? Or that they did not bill you correctly?

You could've went over your bandwidth limits.

I own these servers for life. I don't have a bill.

First off, they have bandwidth limits? Second, that's doubtful. VERY doubtful. None of these servers use a ton of bandwidth.

Almost any hosting service does. and they list there's pretty clearly when you buy.

Never saw anything about a bandwidth limit. That being said, all my most bandwidth intensive servers I host myself. None of these use that much bandwidth. I can guarantee they aren't going over.

@thanksajdotcom What about billing from Pertino?
... but I doubt they would go through and remove interfaces like that though...

It is listed right in the plan. Not really rocket science.

I wonder if C@C is having issues today... I can't connet to my server at all.

I am unable to access the login page for panel.cloudatcost.com.
I would say quite possible the case.

Can't access the user panel but my server is still up.

All my other Pertino devices are connected without issue.
