Went to the ANZAC parade in the city on Saturday. Biggest one yet.
There were veterans' old and young, from Australia, New Zealand and lots of other countries marching through part of the city.
100 year anniversary of the beginning of the Gallipoli campaign (25/04/1915).
There were double the number of people at this year's dawn service and last year was the biggest over the years before. I wasn't able to attend this service but it was great to hear about it on the news later in the day.
I hope to put some pictures up on my Twitter account later, after sorting through them.Ok, pictures turned out worse than I thought. They looked reasonable on the small screen of my phone but not so reasonable when I put them on my PC. No pics for you.
