Heck even with the Anthem data leak they will only cover me if it gets used during the next 24 months (from the date of the announcement) and will only cover a few grand of the damages at that.

They are going to try to get info about you. You already know that they want your data. Don't put yourself at additional risk.

@scottalanmiller is right. What do you gain from contacting them? You put yourself at risk and don't help anyone else. That's just being dumb.
