I'm trying not to feel guilty about VPNing from home until noon due to the icy roads...everyone else made it in yesterday but me and a few others on this side of town (which has major hills all around us)...16 degrees and refreezing last night...:(

Most everyone is back to school today. I'm just working from the kitchen while my kids play together.

On hold with Rackspace again. They seem to have forgotten about me. They need to figure out their support system, it just doesn't work. Having to call to get any action taken and then not having enough people to take the calls doesn't add up to viable support.
On the plus side.....a relaxing afternoon of hold music.
This is the same "on hold" that I was on on Friday and have been waiting for five days for a call back. So their ticket turnaround time is getting pretty lengthy.

Just got back from my first day at the gym. Freezing now (brr it's 5 out). Now to get started on my day. No assistant today so all by my lonesome for the next hour or so.

Trying Battlefield 1942 via the Origin store... Hopefully it won't crash as much as my disc set.

It's actually rocketing down at about 1.8 - 2 MB/s. That's not bad for out here.

-22 when I woke up this morning... Car barely started and I had to leave early... cold, harsh drive in. I feel so bad I didn't let the engine warm up at least.

Made it to the office,.. only to be told to turn around and go home...
Not,. I didn't have any trouble getting here,.. and it's unlikely I'll have trouble getting home. so I'll just stay here.
Plenty to do with no one here anyway.
