Remote session with Chrome OS ?

Anyone do regular remote sessions with Chromebook / ChromeOS?
what do you use? we currently aren't able to use remote.google.com/access - the user is getting an error that it has to be Windows 10 or MacOS 10. Wont download the file.
Zoho Assist also wont download the assist file and says the same error.Thanks in advanced

I think that you can install MeshCentral on Chromebooks now.
