Seems some damn permissions issue arose with the plug-in and driver cause all kinds of grief..
But,.. I’ve gotten to taken about three dozen X-rays of my work phone, mouse and blood pressure cuff ( battery operated).
Of course they are only about a 1x1” image.. I now need to find lead clothes for the remainder of the year.
that much radiation on a constant basis can't be good for you..

I don’t expect so,… I step out of the room to get to the controller… in theory separating me from it… my cell phone got it though.

Uh - Nope not Bill. Nope,.. not your daughter.
I have had this number going on twenty years now.....

After one of the last node updates, I have to swipe down to refresh to load new / updated content… is this something others see also?

I have to do something to see the updates. I tend to click the unread posts button anyway, so not a big deal for me. I did notice that I'm not seeing updates until after I click on the button now, before they would automatically update.

I did just get to test a few things out.
Steam Link works great remotely if you have decent bandwidth. I'd never had a cause to test it, but work is quiet at the moment (knock on wood).
I played Halo Master Chief for a couple of minutes, just using the touch screen controls, just to see if it worked and... it was buttery smooth. Almost like I was sitting there at it.
I also got to actually use Samsung Dex for about half an hour. Hooked my phone to a usb-c hub with HDMI.... hooked office monitor, keyboard, and mouse to the hub, and then promptly remote desktopped into my office machine (sitting 3 feet away).
It worked perfectly.... I was even able to do a support call on it, lol.
Makes me actually consider whether I'll need to bring a laptop with me anywhere ever again.

software updates in general have always been a little bit of a Caution flag.. at least to me

software updates in general have always been a little bit of a Caution flag.. at least to me
Yeah. Between our IDP, Microsoft, and VMware the last few months, we've been taking it going and coming.

well this day got 100x worse around 12:00pm -
we had a "part time" employee who came in to take equipment to the site - however he hadn't set anything up or tested/ staged anything at all really, nothing was labeled. Well my boss confronted him, told him that he needs to bring everything he took out to his car and bring it back inside, and stage it so we know everything is working and label everything ; then collect serial numbers so that we can update inventory - words were exchanged and he dropped his key and access card on my bosses desk ; told him to go screw himself and that he had no right to call him out on anything because he works for our GM directly, than proceed to say he quit and walked out..so now me and boss man have an install to do tomorrow.. been staging the site since about 12:30pm (had to take a "meeting call" at 1:00 in my work van) no lunch and finally got it to a point where we can pick up tomorrow.. basically today went to crap but the meeting went well
