      Site is running Google Chrome getting a Cert_Err_Authuroirty_INVLAID error - I reached out to the vendor, they're claiming this is isolated incident , only to this site. I see this when I am digging - I've already cleared browsing data, and cache - and tried in porn mode. regardless ;
      I see this: 1f2e2733-278e-4a42-a402-7dc741d53dc8-image.png

      I don't know how to fix it and the vendor has closed the incident with the remarks "Isolated incident, not our problem" (paraphrasing).

      Any ideas?

        Where is the cert from? That says the root CA is not valid.

                You just want to make sure Windows and Chrome have the latest CA root certs in their stores... that's why he's recommending doing that.
