AAD MFA via Powershell

Azure Active Directory Authentication Methods - MFA
Seems that MS MFA via call or text message is unreliable .. at least it is here .. As I start my google search - wanted to put something here as a sounding board for dealing with this.
I curious if there is a way to reset / require re-registration of the MFA via Powershell. I would expect that there is,.. just need to find it.
