Colour distorted when vieing photos

I thought I caught it doing that on my current windows 8 system too. not certain though.I found it the most when using the built in screen shot functionality. Since I switched to Greenshot, I never see the original issue

Slightly, but that may be because the background is an off-white.

This is what I see from his two pictures when I put them side by side. The one on the left is definitely yellowed.

It appears to be similar to steps that I have tried before but the last part seems to be a bit different. I'll give it a go when I next get a chance (hopefully tonight)
