Agreed. I often do that when I'm not having to run hither and yonder to get things done over my lunch break, lol.

missed out on a govt tender coz the 3rd party site they were using blah blah, didn't work.
sent a few articulate, intelligent, non inflamatory emails and have been granted late access.you CAN negotiate with the bag man and win .... sometimes.
