Rollback Microsoft Edge (credge) version

Has anyone ever rolled back, the version?
It is supposed to be "simple"

I downloaded the current admx file locally to the PC and opened gpedit, new settings are there, but not the one I expected to find.
Microsoft Edge Update
The PC is AD joined, but I only want to deal with this one PC. I do not want to bother with updated GP tools from the server (as I barely use AD at this site).
Reason for downgrade: Bank of America check processing only support up to Edge 87 (and Chrome 87).

You have to do the updates separately

Yeah!
Of course that is one version newer than the bank says works. but it was working on Tuesday and last Friday. So I assume that it was version 91 that really broke things.
