I graduated from physical therapy today!!!

When I graduated physical therapy I went head banging at a metal concert lol
      Congrats!

I'm going straight to head banging at metal band rehearsal at 5! But I still have to sit down while I'm playing guitar, my balance is nowhere near 100%.

      That's Awesome

We're actually looking to book a show around late April... Which will turn the pressure up to 11.

      Nice !

Today's adventures and drama: Got fired by our real estate agent because we demanded to do direct negotiations. So even though he'd have been paid for doing essentially nothing (we found the property, we arranged the inspection, we negotiated the deal), he dropped us the instant he found out that we knew the price of the property.

Hmmm... feels like we got lucky. We are assuming he was planning to run a scam and when he couldn't get his payday he ran away.

In the process we also discovered that everyone was saying that the seller's agent was someone different. So we have no clear story on who the seller's agent is. But the one that they started with is not the one claiming that they represent them now. I don't even know for sure if the seller knows the person that they are claiming is the seller's agent.

The bigger question is... how do we identify these holes that many people probably miss ๐Ÿ˜‰

@scottalanmiller similar to my first house. The listing agent wasn't the selling agent it was some relocation company out of Texas. Didn't realize that I was scammed until it was too late

@scottalanmiller I was up until Midnight trying to migrate some systems around, eventually I just gave up when I was told it would take an extra 4-48 hours to export. . .

                                Time to find another approach.

Your car must be rusting away, I'm guessing that's salt & crap. How often do you have to replace your cars?

Car wash weekly or more when it is like this. Just a simple drive through gets the shit off.

It is a 2011 Honda Insight.
I bought the car in January, 2014 with ~80,000 miles.
It now has 240,000 miles on it.
So in 7 years I've averaged 22,857 miles per year.

I'm aiming for 300,000 before I replace it. At the current average, that is 2.6 years out.

We got our Honda Ridgeline in 2006 with 6 miles on it. Fast forward and it now has 252,000. I said when we got it, I was going to drive the drive line right out of it.

I donโ€™t put the miles you do though...

Heh, Lexington, KY is under almost an inch of ice. I donโ€™t want to trade, but Iโ€™d rather have snow,... even six to eight inches of snow,...
