      10 users are not able to access their mailboxes.

      I ran Get-MailboxDatabase & checked database is Dismounted. I tried to mount it but it failed.

      I ran ESEUTIL/mh
      State: Dirty Shutdown

      Next, I ran ESEUTIL /r

      Operation terminated with error -1032 (JET_errFileAccessDenied, Cannot access file, the file is locked or in use)

      Please help it is urgent!

        Use Process Monitor and find out which file is locked?

          Googled key words: exchange, unable to run eseutil because file is locked.
