At the moment we are unable to access our account at Rackspace. This is a pretty big deal. Something has gone wrong and Rackspace has lost its web console. The systems running on Rackspace are still up but if they go down, that's it. No way to snapshot them, no way to bring them up, no way to resize. The interface is gone.

It is not just customer facing but even Rackspace themselves are unable to access the accounts. They can't reset passwords, get logins working or even access the systems on my behalf as the console is just... down.

      Very scary.

Took two people just to get an email sent for account verification, but that seems to have been an unrelated technical glitch on a single, internal workstation and not related to the platform.

Hopefully a bug. They know that they have an issue and they are working on it, but they do not know what it is or what caused it yet.
