Office 362.5 dramas? Welcome to Muesday!

Muesday: the Tuesday following a Monday which was a public holiday/time off, where all of Monday's problems and difficulties blend with usual goings on of Tuesday.

@siringo been that way since 6:30 eastern time, stil down for us

i think this may have been going on for a few weeks.
i have a stand alone copy of office 2016 installed, it's been working happily for about 2 years. about 2 weeks ago it started trying to update and failing & being a real PITA. Now it's associated itself with a corporate O365 account I use for a client and has given me an O365 enterprise version of office 2016.

Started early today, like 7am. Almost done with my first coffee already.

WFH directive has been extended another quarter for my company; now contemplating another rework of our office/basement/garage areas; seems we always contemplate and never do anything though.

                                    good morning, 9:22am.

got the word yesterday that we're expecting back on site from the 12th onwards. such ashame, the past many months have been some of the most productive, interesting & joyful with regards to work, of my last 10 years.

normally i move from site to site everyday, forgetting what I did last and wasting time settling into the newly arrived at site each time I arrive.

the past few months i've rekindled my interest in IT coz I had time to sit in one place, complete tasks & investigate new things.

I'm going to spend the time between now and the 12th trying to work out how I can run my work life from the cloud, so everytime I arrive at a new workplace, my desktop will still have tasks, jobs, notes open from the previous site, if that makes any sense.

and what the hell is a Stroopwafel??? ^^^

anyone looked at 2fa for W10? I'm looking for a way in which I can secure a W10 VM not domain joined and not using any bio security stuff, which would be hard to use on a vm anyway.

I think Duo and companies like OneLogin that offers authentication, SSO etc can do it.

We use Duo at my day job and it works well -- even on Non-domain joined systems.
