You have to reach the owner to tell them that you have an offer. We have local people running around trying to locate them.

I don't know what JB's issue is - This is exactly what I thought you meant
And is exactly what would/does keep me from moving.That's what has held me back for years. After moving to Spain in 2015, I'd have never come home if it was up to me.
