Why would Googling that be embarrassing? I mean, if you REALLY think about it & actually know the Latin of AM and PM, sure, it's obvious. But I bet under 1% of the population knows this without Googling it.

Just listened to someone who started crying and said that she just didn't care about anything anymore because she couldn't get the Windows 10 1909 update to work.
Most dramatic customer service call I've ever heard.

Yeah of course, IT guys make all the problems. I had a bloke wanted me to ring Microsoft one time and tell them to change something.
People are really great, I love 'em.
