What ERP and CRM software do you use? Just asking because this reminded me of JobBOSS and I found Dolibarr ERP/CRM which looks interesting.

ERP of our small customers include SAP, Infor Visual, Epicore...
CRM for us is currently Hubspot. We've used SugarCRM, vTiger, and SuiteCRM in the past.

In-house software. We developed it in 2002 and maintain it to keep up with our needs.

I think that for MSPs that that tends to make the most sense. Our needs tend to be highly unique, and not that difficult to fill.
