As seen here, the red outline is supposed to contain the words patient portal. Instead it's just blank on the screen. If I mouse over it, I can click and it will take me to the link.

Any suggestions on how to get it to display? This happens in both Chrome and FireFox and on the iphone, though it's even worse because the phone number is turned into a link on phones, and like the other links, become invisible.

I hate tracking down problems like this. I'm just assuming that you've looked at the invisible links with the dev-tools for whichever browser you happen to use? If not that, then some oddball CSS code is probably being applied (maybe something that was meant for a dark theme, making the text white on a white background.)

Check the CSS file on the theme you are using, it's probably using an element tag for links.

yes, it does now because I made the text blue... but I shouldn't need to do that...

and no matter what color I make the text of the phone number, it goes invisible on iphone.

Oh, so you already made the changes. Why shouldn't you need to make it a specific colour? If the default is white, then you'd need to choose something different.

                  Oh iPhone.....

I have removed the extra text color on the words patient portal and now it's back to being invisible.

What is normally white? The text there is default to black. I had just plain text there. When I make the text a clickable link - the text suddenly disappeared. Previous experience had text that was/is a hyperlink are always blue. perhaps the default color for linked text is white, but the browser at least for me, has always displayed blue - at least until you clicked on it, then it would appear purple (to indicate you visited that page)

I would expect android to do the same - it knows a phone number is something you can call with...so....

It's the link default colour that is in question, not the text default colour.

That's theme by theme, setting by setting. Previous experience isn't applicable.

You are talking about the default for the browser, which doesn't apply. It is the default as set up by your web designer that we are discussing.

Same as on a desktop, so no reason to think that Android would do it.

Here is what I think is the css for the page
                                      54e5b5c7-7229-4446-b54d-c05508b047af-image.png

I've never dealt with css before - so I'm currently completely lost here.

@Dashrender It's a mobile version of the site. It's a different page. You have a theme that renders mobile separately from desktop.
