Ha! I decided to play along with my saxophone student last week while he ran through his scales, and was surprised at how much I was wanting to rush. No one's immune from the metronome's justice.
Dude, I was rushing just the 2nd half of a riff. 110 bpm is a merciless beast on rock guitar. I wanna fly with it, but it's all sludgey.

My first month here, I volunteered to cover for an on-call rotation that was being missed, ended up being on-call for a full month (2 2 week rotations.)

My first month here, I volunteered to cover for an on-call rotation that was being missed, ended up being on-call for a full month (2 2 week rotations.)
I've done a full month before.
My boss was supposed to be back to on call months ago, but he decided to stay out of the rotation.
Now someone's leaving and we dont know. -
