                    Could the BIOS be shutting down the computer? trying to get into a low power state to aggressively?

                          during install It says it's pending Download,. fails, and now is downloading.

                                  Im remote only right now.
                                  This site is like 3 hours away from me, so I have no way of testing that.

                                            Not that I'm seeing, all it says is the "best driver" is already installed.
