I just put a Yealink T46S into production. When I am on a call and conference another call in and need to press a key to interact with an IVR it presses the key 2x.

As an example, a person is on the phone with me and we need to call a 3rd person to join in. If I dial the 3rd persons phone number, join them and need to press "4" (or any other number) for a particular option when I press 4 I can hear the tone 2x and the IVR rejects it. It's not just been one IVR, it seems to happen on any of them.

Any ideas on how to make this work properly?

I am using Freepbx with the phones provisioned with the Commercial Endpoint Manager.

          DTMF

Is that on the ext in advanced? It's set to RFC4733

            Not 2833?

What is your DTMF Payload set to?

Oh, I think 4733 inclused 2833 and the payload.

We've tested both RFC4733 and SIP Info, both give an audible double tone, even when the conf line is muted.

Both the Phone and Asterisk have settings for this. They need to match.

They do, we checked that last night.
