How many times did you make a mistake typing a bash commands when you are connected to Windows?
not too often, mostly because what we do on Windows is scripted

Got kiddo in bed... Time to relax... but I don't know what to do... So for the rest of the night, my main focus will be converting Oxygen to CO2.

Honestly? I'm with you, that it's idiotic. I mean, I sit on ML for a majority of the day anyway, I guess at work Answering calls , is proof that I'm working - I guess .

Do the calls normally go to a central desk? and whomever answers the phone takes the call?

More importantly, isn't there a help desk that tickets go to, and are assigned from?
Why is your boss so dumb to require an additional means of monitoring you?
Just see if you're taking and working on tickets
