A lot, because we are an ITSP, not an MSP, so we often use what our customer's use. So it is not determined by us or centralized by us.

It's all recordings too ! like wtf.not that many today, but I'm using the AT&T Call Blocker - and report then block everyone of the number.
I've been using the Google Call Screener. Since I started doing that, the number of calls I get has dropped drastically.

I just use an IVR and that stops basically everything.
what is that?
IVR, the thing in a phone system that allows to you to hit a button and select an option.
That doens't help me since my cell has been my only personal number for decades.
the spammers just call and call.
Getting verified caller ID laws passed will be an awesome thing.

Looking into Wireless links between buildings using Ubiquiti stuff, but getting confused with the range of products and what to use
It's basically the Main building that houses the office and main network stuff.
Then we have two building about 100m from the Main office.The other building are only going to have 1 PC and 1-2 AP's in there.

I just updated my Unifi controller this morning, I also don't check it constantly, usually when I see someone here mention it
