      I have an album in my Flickr that has ever pumpkin we have carved since 2007. You can see it here. The 2014 pumpkins will be at the bottom.

          Up here in the northeast they are grown all over and are huge. Hard to carry huge.

            The Northeast USA actually has pumpkin growing contests to see how large they can grow them. I think the world record is well over 1000 lbs.

                      @thanksaj I feel bad for the big fat pumpkins - they just aren't as pretty as the small size. They're never perfectly round and bright orange.

                      And yes, I did just fat pumpkin discriminate. 😁

                        They reportedly don't taste very good either...that's all I care about...

                          Probably not. There are only certain types of pumpkins meant for consumption. Big huge pumpkins were meant for guys who needed a little something to make themselves feel manly about.
