Nextcloud 14 now available

Yesss!!! Nextcloud 14 is out. It introduces many nice, novel things:
- Video Verification - use a video call with Talk to verify the identity of
somebody before granting them access to a share - 2FA with Signal & Telegram as well as NFC and SMS
- accessibility improvements & dark theme
- Add a note to shares, share files in a Talk chat, new Deck Kanban app & more

The entire Talk system doesn't work?
It appears to be a GUI bug.
After the upgrade, Talk was not updated to 4.0.
I manually clicked upgrade to Talk and it was in the disabled apps section and the app was not able to be enabled. The Enable button from greyed out.
I went back just not to get a screenshot, and i was able to click the Enable button.

Switch to the beta channel, switch back after upgrading
We roll out incrementally.
Seems some caching is biting some ppl, showing apps as not available while they are... going to app mgmt and disabling/enabling them fixes it. We have some other weird issues, seems like I should have asked here for you all to help test the RC's so we had a more stable end result

I honestly am curious why more software houses don't ask us to beta for them. . . Any time I make changes to my public GH I ask people here to test to make sure I'm not the only one seeing it "work".

We announce and ask for help in testing every beta and release candidate. For anyone who finds upgrade bugs in the last beta or any of the RC's we even offer a t-shirt
