Got to love being told that you didnt help someone you on the phone with for an hour trouble shooting...
Being told that You did absolutely nothing to help them with their problem is a great start to the day..

I was on FF last night and then tried Chrome. Wasn't mixed, it was all. But it came back after about 30 minutes.

But given other issues, I moved back to DuckDuckGo anyway.

SSRS 2012 email config by default uses the user alias, but wont add @domain.com, meaning sending email reports doesn't work. Have to go into the reportserver config file, change SendEmailtoUserAlias to false, and then every single person that wants a report has to manually type in their email address when subscribing. Incredible.

Just watched a user used the touch screen on their laptop while in Desktop mode instead of using the touchpad. I so wanted to scream "This is SPARTA" and kick the user and laptop.

the best part? i just finished with that site and my fix resolved the issue, They did like that it took a day to get to them, and that they moved equipment around with out notfiying us. OH and A 12 person email thread died today as well, That was great.

That was my thought too... But it's a tiered rollout, and we have like 12 employees.
