Yep, sure can. I know they can be found in Coles, Woolworths, and IGA. Some local butchers might have them too.
They also go by the name Kanga-bangas.

It’s a red meat and has higher iron content than most other red meats and can have a game taste (usually more the roo steaks than the sausages).Definitely worth a go.
