Mine were done this morning.
Oh people don't make tickets before they leave friday afternoon and expect them done when it's time to go home? Lucky you.
No, they just come and grab me at 4:25 on Friday, without submitting a ticket.
No issue (ticket), no problem - one of my favorite quotes.

Some poeple will not change the example passwords that I say to change in the guide...
