In doing a review of someone the end points in Webroot, I see that some are showing not seen recently.

I checked in Screen Connect, and the device is powered on.

Would re-installed the Webroot Agent correct this, or is there something else going on here.

It should correct it but what OS is it running and the application has been updated at all?

Some of our developers' machines go offline like that occasionally. I haven't been able to pin down the exact culprit, but it is something in our own software products that is causing it. A reboot or right click/scan now usually fixes it. I have discussed it at length with webroot support, and they have assured me that the endpoint is still being protected (up to the last update the endpoint received) even if it can't call home.

I get these as well. It is always the same workstations here. Sometimes i deactivate the endpoint then run the installer again on affected workstation. Doesnt reinstall, but it reactivates the endpoint and does seem to allow the workstation to show up again.

Were you able to test and get any results?
