where they old tires? if not, did you try getting the bead fixed first?

That's really weird my wife graduated from Penn's Manor High School but that was near Pittsburgh.

That's great! I drive by that place almost every day. Their technology director is a cool guy. I interviewed at that school district right out of school.

Probably becuase that's what they were made with and sat in a warehouse for a while.
They just need to be upgraded. Seems like a good use case for Salt/Ansible for hte school to manage them. Unless they are just giving them out as-is. I didn't read very far.

The school system setup a software deployment system which installed specific things(no details provided) but no mention of upgrading the OS.

They are ready to go after my former employer who owes me a small fortune; and, here is the best part, they recommended that I have a chat with immigration and customs about what they've been doing here in the US and maybe have their border crossing options limited (e.g. welcome to this small but comfy holding cell to hang out in while we consider letting you leave.) -
