Best medical support equipment for IT pros (something tried and used)

I know we have computer glasses, that blocks blue light, to reduce eye strain and I use them.
What else do you know and used ? that is good for IT folks that sits infront of PC for ever.

Can' say it's really 'medical equipment' but a sit / stand desk.

Interesting, trust me it can be medical in some way cause when you have severe neck pain that reaches the back of your head, it should be classified as medical as well.

Though I think proper posture and monitor height make a HUGE difference in neck pain.

Neck pain today is exasperated by mobile device use in many people.
I don't recall having neck pain, even after gaming all day when I was younger.. but now with the smart phone... my neck hurts a lot of the time. Use in the car is the worst.

Yh i figured this late abit, and now use 2 books to raise my monitor, truly books are man best friend.

Yh i figured this late abit, and now use 2 books to raise my monitor, truly books are man best friend.
We had people using reams of paper at my office...
The wife of an owner came in, saw this and complained.. then we had an issue where we had to look at installing monitor mounts... but of course these didn't work well either because the workspace wasn't designed for them. -
