FCC Chairman doesn't just roll back net neutrality, but also silently allows ISPs to go back to secretive pricing where they no longer have to report what you are being charged for!

"While FCC Chairman Ajit Pai is proposing to keep some of the commission's existing disclosure rules and to impose some new disclosure requirements, ISPs won't have to tell consumers exactly what everything will cost when they sign up for service."

Obviously those rules were making it harder to bring in more competition. It's in the customers best interests to not know how much they are paying. That guy is a crazy zealot.

Of course he is. He was a lawyer for Verizon.

Are these crowds willing to cancel their Internet to further support the net neutrality protest?

That's like asking if the people of Flint will be willing to go thirsty rather than drink tainted water.

How could they? The internet is an essential service it would be incredibly difficult living, working, and surviving in modern society without access to the internet.

I get that but how exactly is standing in front of the stores like Verizon is going to make any difference? Hell anybody can just stand outside and start shouting with signs.

Picketing is never actually for the group doing the picketing it's more to inform the general public of those issues that concern the group doing the protesting...
