LOL, he's the really dry interview guy that comes on after the good shows are over on PBS.

This one came out of left field for me as well. I regularly watch Charlie Rose in the mornings on CBS while eating breakfast and getting ready for work, and occasionally watched his interviews on PBS.
What a let-down.

Saddam Hussein was outside of the jurisdiction of the US and doesn't have any kind of due process protected by the Constitution.

Ok. . . so the US gymnastics head physicians are innocent until proven guilty of molesting the team members?

Yep. Regardless of how heinous a crime, I do not operate under the premise of guilty until proven otherwise. My opinion probably isn't popular, but being popular has never been a great concern of mine.
