Zimbra Email Account accidentally deleted.

accidentally i deleted zimbra email account,, but for safer side i have daily backup of the mail in .TGZ format. can we import .tgz format to the same account.??

found this it says To import mailbox we need to run this command
zmmailbox -z -m [email protected] postRestURL '//?fmt=tgz&resolve=skip'
/BACKUP/[email protected]
