VoIP.ms issues in Chicago Datacenter

VoIP.ms is currently experiencing problems with their Chicago Datacenter. The problems are still on going. No matter what the below message says.

@jaredbusch - We had issues earlier today. A few users have complained about the calls not going through or dropping throughout the day.
Question...we have been using Voip.MS for about 2 months now. I would say we have had 3 or 4 really bad days that were directly related to them. Is this pretty common with them or any other sip provider?

Not in my experience. I have been using them for 4 years. In that time I have had 5 issues that were their fault. A few of those were actually Level 3 outages and not anything they had control over.

Yes, affecting a customer of mine today.
Also had the same issue last week
