      Do you have to add the voip ms server as a trusted network? My Vultr instance lost it's registration today to voip.ms. I added chicago2.voip.ms to the firewall as an excluded network and it reconnected.

        No, you should not have to make a firewall exception for it. In the advanced pjsip settings for your trunk, is the expiration the default 3600? If so, change to 120 and see if that helps.

          It is set to 120 already. Just seemed odd that if it disconnected it did not reconnect. Thought maybe had something to do with the firewall. Before I added chicago2.voip.ms I checked the status in freepbx and it said rejected I believe.

            No, you should never need to do that because it should always be an outbound registration to keep the trunk up.
